Fees & Confirming A Place For Your Child

More details on our fees and services for are available directly when requesting a nursery brochure by calling or e-mailing the nursery manager direct as detailed in our contacts section.

If you have any specific requirements on day care fees please ask to speak to the Manager at the time of requesting a nursery prospectus/brochure.

In order to keep the fee payment process as simple as possible for all concerned we do ask that the following requirements are
observed: -
Fees are payable strictly in advance by standing order, childcare vouchers, tax free childcare payment or cash. If paying with cash please ensure you get a receipt from the Manager or Deputy. 

Absences will be charged at full cost. 

Once a place has been confirmed at the nursery the equivalent to one week's 'regular' fees will be required as a deposit to hold the place. Once the place is taken, your deposit will be deducted from your first payment.

If your child does not attend the nursery once the place has been accepted the deposit is non-refundable.

If leaving the nursery a period of one months written notice is requested.

Full Fees will be charged for days that we are forced to close (i.e. bank holidays and the Christmas period).

Fees are reviewed in April annually and any amendments will be communicated to you then.

Discount-We offer a 10% sibling discount (The discount is deducted off the eldest siblings fees. We so offer a 10% discount to NHS,Police & Army services.

Funding- At Playtime we offer the 2,3 and 4 year old Early Education Funding (EEF). 

We give families the option to take the funding over 38 weeks (term time only) or to take it stretched over 52 weeks.
